This framework unpacks one of the biggest questions people face: What is work really for? Beyond just “getting a job,” we explore how work connects to identity, contribution, creativity, and wellbeing.

Working It Out sets context around why work can matter deeply as well as helping people see value in how their daily work can contribute to wellbeing and human flourishing.

Participants are equipped for decision making and strategy around career, study, lifestyle and professional development goals.

Resources: Participants in this framework can access a 19 volume reference list and links to up to date research in work, career and wellbeing.

Format: 90 min workshop, ½ day or evening seminar, 3 day reatreat, 60 min keynote
